Google releases Android 13 QPR2 Beta 3.2 with green display bug fix

After releasing the incremental QPR2 beta update earlier this month, Google has released another incremental update Android 13 QPR2 beta 3.2. The quarterly update is going to be released as soon as in the first half of March. And Android QPR2 beta 3 could be the last beta update before the official stable release.

Google released the first Android 13 quarterly platform update in December last year, and the second quarterly update is expected to be released early next month. These updates are available for Google’s Pixel phones.

The last small beta update was released exactly two weeks back. It fixed some issues, but still it had some issues which Google has addressed in the latest Beta 3.2 update. Android 13 QPR2 Beta 3.2 update comes with build number T2B3.230109.009. This time the build number is different for Pixel 7 Pro and that is T2B3.230109.006.A1.

As mentioned earlier the update comes with bug fixes but it also carries a new feature for users in India. The latest update enabled Jio 5G on Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 Phones. You can check the changelog below.

This minor update to Android 13 QPR2 Beta 3 includes the following fixes:

  • Fixed issues that sometimes caused the screen on some devices to flash green or display other visual artifacts.
  • Jio 5G network is now enabled for Pixel 6 and 7 series devices.

This is an incremental update for Pixel phone users who opted for the beta program. So if you own an eligible Pixel phone, you will receive the OTA update. In case you haven’t opted for the beta update, you can choose to opt for beta or wait for the public quarterly update which will be available soon. You can check for the update manually by going to Settings > System > System Update. You can easily join the beta program from the official beta page http://g.co/androidbeta.
