All companies, including Samsung are preparing for upcoming updates for their devices. For Galaxy Phones and Galaxy Watches, the next iteration of their OS’s will be One UI 7 and One UI 6 Watch respectively.
On May 29, Samsung announced Galaxy AI features coming to the new Galaxy Watch later this year. One UI 6 Watch is going to be a big update with many AI and other standard features. The new update will be based on Wear OS 5, which Google announced during the I/O event.
Samsung first introduced Galaxy AI earlier this year with the Galaxy S24 and promised to roll it out for more devices soon. As promised the company started rolling out AI to more Galaxy phones two months later and finally announced Galaxy AI for Galaxy Watches.
Most of the AI features are focused on Health and Wellness. The upcoming AI features include Energy Score, Wellness Tips, Sleep Indicator, Workout Routine, Race, and Aerobic Threshold (AT) / Anaerobic Threshold (AnT) Heart Rate Zone.
One UI 6 Watch Eligible Smartwatches (Official)
A major upgrade also improves the real-life experience on the Watch. But things will only be interesting if your Galaxy Watch is eligible for the One UI 6 Watch. Thankfully, Samsung has officially revealed eligible Galaxy Watch Series. Check if your Galaxy Watch is eligible for the upcoming update.

And it will come pre-installed on the upcoming Galaxy Watch 7 series.
If you donโt know, One UI 6 Watch will come at the usual release time which will be during the launch of new Galaxy Watch series. However, the beta testing will begin in June for eligible watches as confirmed by Samsung.
The beta will be available to users in the United States and South Korea. You will get a notification in the Members app when the beta is available.
