Galaxy S24 gets One UI 7 Beta 5 with more refinements

A new One UI 7 beta is being rolled out to the Galaxy S24, along with various bug fixes. The fifth One UI 7 beta was spotted in India, and itโ€™s possible that it might also be available in other regions. The last major beta, One UI 7 beta 4, was released almost a month ago, followed by two hotfixes.

The One UI 7 Beta 5 for Galaxy S24 is available with build number S928BXXU4ZYC6. This build number may vary depending on the model and region. It weighs 975MB on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The latest beta is based on the March Android security patch.

Samsung has officially announced that the official One UI 7 will be released in April, so this may be the last beta for the Galaxy S24 series. Yes, there may be minor hotfix updates, but no major beta as such.

The One UI 7 Beta 5 is available for Galaxy S24 users who have enrolled in the One UI 7 beta program. However, if youโ€™re still using a One UI 6 build, you can skip this beta as the stable release is only a few weeks away.

You can check for the update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Just in case, take a backup of your important data. You can follow these backup methods.
