Galaxy A52 5G starts receiving Stable Android 14 Update

Samsung has released the Android 14 based One UI 6 stable update for another budget phone, the Galaxy A52 5G. The 4G model has not received the update yet, but it may be released soon. Since last month, Samsung has been actively releasing updates for its devices, with several Galaxy phones, including the Galaxy A52s, having already received the update in the last few weeks.

The Galaxy A52 5G was released in 2021, almost three years back. The phone has received two major Android updates so far, including Android 12 and Android 13. With the current release of the stable Android 14 update, the device is now receiving its final Android update.

Galaxy A52 5G is getting Android 14 via the One UI 6 update. The update is currently rolling out for users in Europe. Users from regions might also get the update soon, so make sure to check for the update.

Galaxy A52 5G Android 14 update is rolling out with build number A526BXXU5FWL1. And since this is a major update for the device, it weighs over 2GB. The update brings the latest December 2023 Android security patch.

Now talking about new features the new Android 14 based One UI 6 update brings a bunch of new features on Galaxy A52 5G. The list of new features include the new Quick Panel, new Media Player bar for notification, reposition clock in lock screen, simple icon labels, redesigned emojis, new weather widget, many new camera features, quickly edit photos, and many other new features. As mentioned above, the major Android 14 update for Galaxy A52 5G is rolling out in Europe. So if you own a Europe model, you will be receiving the update anytime soon. Users from other regions can also expect the update soon.

To check for the update manually go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Once you see the update, download and install the update on your phone. Make sure to take backup of your data and charge your phone to at least 50%.
