Last week, Vivo announced its most powerful flagship smartphone. Yes, I am talking about the Vivo X90 Pro+ coming with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Although, the X90 lineup has three phones in total, including the vanilla X90, the X90 Pro, and the X90 Pro+. Vivo X90 Pro(+) – Quick Overview

Vivo’s latest X90 lineup has been officially announced in mainland China, these new powerful phones will be released globally in the coming days. Before moving to the wallpapers section, here’s your sneak peek at the specs of new phones. All three Vivo X90 series phones have a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel on the front with a punch-hole camera cutout in the center. The Pro Plus variant has more premium panels, thanks to the LTPO4 AMOLED panel with Dolby Vision and 4K resolution.

Vivo releases the new X90 duo with MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor, whereas, the X90 Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. And the new X90 series phones come with Android 13 (Origin OS 3) OS out-of-the-box. The new phones come in 8GB and 12GB RAM alongside the 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage onboard. Vivo X90 comes with a 4,810mAh battery and X90 Pro+ has a 4,700mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

In terms of optics, Vivo X90 and X90 Pro come with a 50MP trio camera setup. Whereas, the X90 Pro+ dawns a quadruple-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 50MP telephoto sensor, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera. All three phones come with a 32MP selfie camera with a 0.8-micron pixel size. The new X90 line phone’s price starts at CNY 3,699 (approx. $518 / €495).
