Yesterday, Realme unveiled its much-awaited GT 2 series phones. The second-generation GT series has two new phones in its portfolio – the Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro. Both phones are billing in the premium mid-range segment. The premium Realme GT 2 Pro goes official in Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, 2K LTPO AMOLED panel, dual 50MP camera module, and more. Realme GT 2 & GT 2 Pro – Details
For the time being, the GT 2 series is limited to the Chinese market, will also be launched internationally in Q1 of 2022. Before diving into the wallpapers section, here you can check the specs of the newly arrived Realme GT 2 series phones. Starting with the vanilla GT 2, then it goes official in a 6.62-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution support. While, the GT 2 Pro comes in with a 6.7-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED panel with QHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10+, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
In terms of power, the Realme GT 2 carries the Snapdragon 888 chipset, while the Realme GT 2 Pro dawns the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Both models are available in 8GB and 12GB RAM options alongside the 128GB / 256GB / 512GB internal storage. Moving to the camera section, then there’s a triple-lens setup on both models. The GT 2 Pro has a 50MP primary, 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 3MP microscope sensor for magnification. While, the GT 2 has a 50MP primary camera, joined by an unknown ultra-wide-angle and macro camera.
On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera acquired for the vanilla GT 2. The premium GT 2 Pro has a 32MP selfie shooter. Both phones have a 5,000mAh battery and 65W fast charging support. Realme GT 2 series is available in Paper White, Paper Green, Steel Black, and Titanium Blue color options. Talking about the pricing, then the GT 2 starts at CNY 2,699 ($425), GT 2 Pro at CNY 3,899 ($613). Now let’s move to the wallpapers section.
