Prerequisites
- LineageOS 17 ROM & Vendor needed (you can download from the above link)
- The bootloader must be unlocked
- Charge your phone to at least 50%
- A Custom Recovery required such as TWRP Recovery
- Take a full backup of phone’s data to avoid data loss
- Download Samsung Multidisabler
- Download GApps for Android 10 (if you want Google Apps)

How to Install LineageOS 17 on Samsung Galaxy S10/S10+/S10e
The official TWRP Recovery is available for Galaxy S10 devices which makes the installation very easy. If you have not installed the TWRP Recovery or any custom recovery then first download it from here and install the Recovery. Once the TWRP installed follow the below steps.
Step 1: Download the Vendor zip file from the same LineageOS 17 ROM link.
Step 2: Extract the Vendor zip file, and you will find the Vendor image in the extracted folder.
Step 3: Transfer the downloaded LineageS 17 ROM zip, Vendor Image, GApps and Samsung Multidisabler zip on your Galaxy S10 phone.
Step 4: Make sure that USB Debugging is enabled in Developer Options, and OEM Unlocking is greyed out.
Step 5: Once confirmed OEM Unlocking & USB Debugging, power off your device.
Step 6: Boot your device into TWRP Recovery. For this press and hold Volume Up + Bixby + Power button together. Release all buttons when you see the TWRP logo.
Step 7: Now, the device will be in TWRP Recovery or another custom recovery that installed on your phone. From the various options, select the Install option to proceed further.
Step 8: Browse and select the recently downloaded Samsung Multidisabler file. Then flash the zip file. Go back to TWRP home and select Wipe > Format.
Step 9: After formatting the data, go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe. Select Cache, Dalvik, System and then format it.
Step 10: In TWRP go to Install > Install Image, then locate the Vendor Image file and flash it.
Step 11: Now again go to Install and locate the LineageOS 17 ROM zip file. Select the ROM and flash it.
Step 12: After flashing the ROM, flash GApps. And then you can reboot into the system.
Note: If you want to flash the updated version of LineageOS then only wipe Dalvik and Cache and then flash the latest ROM version.
That’s all now you have the LineageOS 17 installed on your Samsung Galaxy S10. You can customize the phone by using the default customize settings. LineageOS is a clean ROM, and you will not get much customization option, but the performance is great.
