It is available in two different RAM options – 6GB and 8GB alongside the 128GB storage onboard. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor and boots up with iQOO UI based Android 10.

One of the main highlights of the new iQOO U3 is the camera setup. The device bundles a dual-lens camera module with a 48MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 0.8-micron pixel size, PDAF, HDR, and other basic features support. The smartphone also offers a 2MP depth sensor and supports 4K video recording. While on the front side, iQOO U3 features a 20MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture.
