Huawei Nova 5 Pro & Nova 5i – Details

Huawei has launched the Nova 5 series in China. Sadly, it won’t be available in the US. Both the Nova 5 & 5 Pro are similar to each other in all manner, both two phones don a 6.39-inch OLED display, which is in 1080 X 2340 pixels resolution. While the sibling Nova 5i outfitted with a 6.4-inch punch-hole LCD display. It runs on EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie 9.0. The vanilla Nova 5i is powered by Kirin 710 SoC, while the Nova 5 comes with a Kirin 810 SoC and the Pro variant comes with Kirin 980 SoC. All the three smartphones are available in 6GB/8GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB storage options.

The camera is yet another main highlight of both the phones. The smaller ‘i’ variant comes with the quad-lens camera setup, with a 24MP primary lens which is an f/1.7 aperture, 0.8-micron pixel size, OIS, PDAF, and more. It also has an 8MP ultrawide, 2MP wide lens, & 2MP depth sensor on the back. Talking about the punch-hole front camera then, the Nova 5i comes with a 24MP lens, which has an f/2.0 aperture. However, the Huawei Nova 5 Pro has a 48MP primary sensor along with a 16MP wide angle lens which is an f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. While the front camera is a 32MP lens.

The Huawei Nova 5i boasts a 4,000mAh battery and the Pro variant comes with a 3,500mAh battery with the sport of 40W fast charging. And it has an In-Display Optical fingerprint sensor. The price of the Nova 5 lineup starts at $435. Let’s take a look at the Huawei Nova 5 Pro Wallpapers.
