Huawei MatePad Pro is now available for purchase in China. The tablet goes official with Android 10 which is based on EMUI 10 without GApps aka Google Play Services. That shouldn’t be a problem until it is only available in China. The MatePad Pro features a 10.8-inch AMOLED display, it has 2560 X 1600 pixels resolution and a camera cutout on the top. It comes with the same chipset that we’ve seen in the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, the HiSilicon Kirin 990 SoC. The tablet is available in two different RAM options with 6GB/8GB RAM. While it comes in 128GB/256GB/512GB on the air storage options.
You can expand the storage using Huawei’s nano memory card up to 256GB. It also has comes with M-Pen. In terms of optics, The Huawei MatePad Pro comes with a single lens 13MP camera lens which has an f/1.8 aperture, 0.8-micron pixel size, PDAF, HDR, and other features. The tablet can record videos in 4K resolution at 30fps. On the front, It brings an 8MP selfie shooter which has an f/2.0 aperture and HDR sport. It bumps up with 4 stereo speakers which are loud.
Talking about the battery then, Huawei MatePad Pro boasts a 7,250mAh battery and sports 40W fast charging. Not only this, you can also charge the tablet via wireless charging.
