    • Hey Lalit,

It’s working on a few devices but not on all device. But you can try again and see if it fixed. You can try reinstalling the Gcam or clear data, and then follow the settings again. Also, we’ll update the article on a regular basis, and once we found the stable version of GCam we will add the apk in the list. If you have any more doubts, let me know.

    • Hey Carlos,

You can try enabling the Portrait mode for the full resolution, or you can change the settings accordingly. Then you can capture shots in 12 megapixels, and it is because of the Google Pixel 3 has a 12-megapixel primary camera. And if we found any updated or stable version then we’ll update the article.

    • Hi Aslan,

Can you please tell me that for which phone you want to know? Is it the Galaxy A50 or A70? If you’re using Gcam on Samsung A50, then you can head over to the Settings and then change the Back Camera photo resolution and front camera accordingly.

  4. Hello there! Thank you so much for this! It has saved my camera. However, I am also only seeing 8 mp as an option for the back camera. And I do not see any option called BSG MOD in the settings menu of the app. Is there something I’m missing in order to see these options?

    • Hi Jason,

Can you please tell me your device name? And the BSG Mod option is only available in the BSG mod port, for this, you need to download this MGC_6.1.021_BSG_Arnova-TlnNeun_Urnyx05-v4.3.apk on A50 and MGC_6.1.021_MI8_V2e.apk in case of A60/A70.

  5. Hello, thank you so much for the helpful information!!!
I had searched for the version fit for my samsung-A60 for a long time and this page is the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you again.
Still, there is something I’d like to ask you. Every time I use the front lens to take a selfie, it turns out a gloomy image with high contrast (it seems like an HDR image). This situation happens to me no matter where do I take the photo (especially indoors). Could you please tell me how to deal with this problem?
(I already applied the settings you mentioned before, and here is the apk I downloaded: MGC_6.1.021_MI8_V2e.apk)
I’ll be very grateful for the solution. Thank you so much!

  6. Hello,

    I have instaled Gcam_6.2.030_Advanced_V2.2.190716.1800-Final.apk on my A70.
I have a problem with a flash. If flash is ON the pictures are not taken/saved.

Do you have any solution or is better to instal MGC_6.1.021_MI8_V2e.apk?

    Thank you very much!!!
