  1. At first, Download the Digital WellBeing APK from APKMirror.
  2. Now, Install the app on your OnePlus 6. Make sure to Enable “Unknown Sources” or “Install Unknown Apps” from the device settings.
    • For Nougat, Go to Settings > Security > Enable “Unknown Sources”.
    • For Oreo, Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special App Access.
  3. Once Done, Open the app.

When you open the app, the first thing you’ve seen is the Dashboard, which will show you the overall usage of apps & time with the pie chart. You can also click on any app for looking into the in-depth details. Also, If you want to change app notification, you can change into two settings – Most frequent  or Most recent.
