The Motorola Razr 2024 phones are here. The new clamshell foldable comes with several improvements, including a bigger external display, updated cameras, chipset, better durability, and more.

The base model in the lineup, the Moto Razr 2024 aka Razr 50, starts at $699, while the more premium Razr+ aka Razr 50 Ultra is priced at $1,199. In this price range, many phones come with features like wireless charging. If you’re wondering whether the new Motorola Razr includes wireless charging, then you are in the right place.

The Moto Razr 2024 duo is packed with bigger batteries, but do they support wireless charging? Let’s find out.

Does Motorola Razr 2024 and Razr+ 2024 have Wireless Charging?

Yes, the new Motorola Razr foldable phones support wireless charging. Starting with the base model, dubbed, the Moto Razr 2024, features a 4,200mAh battery with 15W wireless charging and 30W wired sharing capabilities. Sadly, there’s no reverse wireless charging feature available for the base model.

Motorola Razr Plus, on the other hand, packs a 4,000mAh battery and supports 45W TurboCharging via wired connection. The device supports 5W reverse and 15W wireless charging. Thanks to the reverse wireless charging feature, you can charge your earbuds, smartwatch, or other compatible devices on the go.

However, keep in mind that 5W is a relatively slow charging speed, so it will take longer than expected to charge your accessories.

When it comes to the base model, it features the same 4,200mAh battery we saw on its predecessor from 2023. However, the wireless charging speed was pretty slow last year, only 5W, this year’s model offers 15W.
