Customize The Taskbar
On the home screen of your tablet, you will see a column of apps present at the bottom of the screen. This is called the taskbar on the Galaxy Tab S10. It is useful if you want to quickly switch between apps that you use on a regular basis.
By default, several apps are already present on the taskbar. If you want to add your favorite app, simply tap and hold the app and drag it to your taskbar. Similarly, if you want to remove an app from the Taskbar, simply tap and hold on the app and slide the app to your home screen. - Scroll and select Sounds and Vibrations > Sound Quality and Effects.

Enable Eye Comfort Shield

One of the cool things about the Galaxy Tab’s S Pen is that you can easily write on apps with ease. If you have the Write on Calendar shortcut added to your Air Command menu, here is how you can write on the Calendar app.
- Tap on the floating icon on the screen using your S Pen.
- Now, choose Write on Calendar. The calendar app will open up.
- Simply write anything that you like on the calendar block.
- You can change the color of the ink as well, highlighting whatever you have written.
- Once you have tapped on Save, you can launch the Calendar app and see all the writing you have done on the calendar itself.
Use Samsung DeX Natively on your Galaxy Tab
Samsung DeX is another cool feature that is exclusive to a select number of Samsung smartphones and tablets. However, if you have your Galaxy Tab S10 series, you can enable and run DeX right away. Of course, you need to have a keyboard with a trackpad and a mouse to make it feel like you are using a desktop/laptop device.
- Open the Settings app and tap on Connected Devices
- Now, tap on Samsung Dex.
- Choose from the New or Classic interface and finally tap on Start DeX
- You will get a desktop-like screen with a taskbar running through the bottom of the screen.
Use Sketch to Image – AI Tools
One of the cool things about this year’s Galaxy Tabs is the addition of Galaxy AI. And a cool new feature that you can use is to simply draw any object that you like on the screen and Galaxy AI will process and give you an output image right away. Here is how you can do that.
- Open up the Air Command menu using your S Pen.
- Now tap on Sketch to Image.
- Draw whatever you would like to generate as an art.
- Once you have chosen the style, tap on Generate.
- In a few moments, you will be given 4 outputs to pick from.
- You can save the ones that you like to your device, or, you can save them all.
- Additionally, you can also use this feature with your photos to add objects to it right away.
Using the Notes app, you can use Sketch to Image within the app and save it to your notes right away.
Change Your Home Screen Layout
Now, if you are someone who has just upgraded to the Galaxy Tab S10 series from an Apple iPad, you can change the home screen layout style similar to that of the iPad. Here is how you can do that,
- Tap and hold on the home screen of your Galaxy Tab S10.
- Now tap on the Settings icon.
- You need to tap on the Home screen layout option.
- Choose the Home Screen Only option. This will let you access all your apps by simply swiping left or right. The app launcher will not be present when this layout is selected.
Use Circle To Search
One of the best AI features to ever grace Samsung smartphones and tablets is the Circle to Search feature. This feature will let you Google search anything and everything without having to switch apps.
For this to work, you simply press and hold on the home button on your screen and the Google Circle to Search screen will pop up. To get more details about a certain object on your screen, simply tap on it, and you will get search results about it right away.
