As expected, Apple has released the iOS 18.3 Release Candidate build after three beta builds. This means that we can expect the iOS 18.3 next week, as previously predicted. The latest RC build comes with features and improvements from the previous three beta builds, along with some bug fixes.

iOS 18.3 RC is here, indicating that Apple has completed the iOS 18.3 beta testing and ready for public release. Release Candidate (RC) builds are usually similar to public releases, except when there are significant issues that require a different build.

Today, Apple also released updates for various other devices, including iPadOS 18.3 RC, watchOS 11.3 RC, tvOS 18.3 RC, macOS Sequoia 15.3 RC, macOS Sonoma 14.7.3 RC4, and visionOS 2.3 RC.

iOS 18.3 RC update

The iOS 18.3 RC is available with build number 22D60. The public build, scheduled for next week, is expected to have the same build number unless there are any major changes required in RC and if they don’t have time to release a new RC.

The third big update to iOS 18 introduces even more Apple Intelligence features. So most new features are only available for iPhone 15 Pro models and iPhone 16 models. Other devices will only receive a limited number of features and enhancements.
