Apple has just released the third developer beta of watchOS 11.5 for testing purposes. The gradual upgrade comes out after one week of the second beta. The update is expected to bring enhancements and fixes to the watch.
Apple is seeding the watchOS 11.5 third beta to eligible watch models with the 22T5559d build number. The incremental beta for testers measures around 300MB in download size.
If you are a developer, you can try out your app on the latest version of watchOS. The update will be pushed to public beta testers in a matter of time.
When it comes to changes, Apple didn’t mention any changes in the release notes. However, the upcoming software upgrade is expected to enhance the user experience on Apple Watch further.
watchOS 11.5 beta 3 update
First things first, you need to update your iPhone to iOS 18.5 third beta. Once done, you can follow these steps to install the watchOS 11.5 beta 3 on your watch.
- Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap General > Software Update.
- Select Beta Updates and enable watchOS 11 Developer Beta option.
- Go back and download the third beta of watchOS 11.5.
- Thatโs it.
Make sure that your Apple Watch is charged at least 50% and connected to a WiFi network.
Now the watchOS 11.5 third beta update will download and transfer to your Apple Watch.
