Apple releases Third Beta of iOS 17.4 to Developers

The latest beta build of iOS 17.4 has arrived, signaling that we are now very close to the public release. iOS 17.4 is anticipated to be made available to the public in the first week of March. The third beta of iOS 17.4 primarily focuses on bug fixes, which is typical for most later beta builds of any update. Let’s find out what’s in iOS 17.4 Beta 3.

The fourth iteration of iOS 17 is set to introduce many changes, most of which we have already seen in the last two builds. In the upcoming builds, we will probably see mostly bug fixes with some minor changes.

Today, Apple also released some other beta updates. This includes iPadOS 17.4 Beta 3, tvOS 17.4 Beta 3, watchOS 10.4 Beta 3, macOS Sonoma 14.4 Beta 3, and VisionOS 1.1 Beta 2. Both iOS 17.4 Beta 3 and iPadOS 17.4 Beta 3 come with build number 21E5200d.

The third beta of iOS 17.4 is currently available to developers. But just like other beta builds this one will also be available to Public beta testers later today or tomorrow. If you opted for beta on the Software Update page, then you will see the new beta there. To check for updates go to Settings > General > Software Update.

Make sure to take backup of your data and charge your iPhone to at least 50% before installing the update.
