Apple resumes regular beta updates after the holidays. The first betas of iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 were released in mid-December. And now iOS 15.3 Beta 2 and iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2 are available to developers after a few weeks of break. It will soon be available for public beta testers as well. Now that Apple is back to weekly updates, we can expect stable iOS 15.3 and iPadOS 15.3 releases soon.
And along with the beta update, Apple also released iOS 15.2.1 and iPadOS 15.2.1 for everyone who is on a public build. It is a small update with bug fixes and security updates.
The third iteration of iOS 15 will include some new features as we got in iOS 15.2. But as usual, it requires some testing, and beta testers will get to test the upcoming changes and features.
With iOS 15.2.1, iPadOS 15.2.1, iOS 15.3 Beta 2, iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2, Apple also releases tvOS 15.3 Beta 2, and watchOS 8.4 Beta 2. Talking about the build number, iOS 15.2.1 and iPadOS 15.2.1 comes with build number 19C63 whereas the iOS 15.3 Beta 2 and iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2 comes with build number 19D5040e.

iOS 15.2.1 and iPadOS 15.2.1 Update
Both iOS 15.2.1 and iPadOS 15.2.1 are available to everyone who is not on the beta or opted out of the beta. So if you have an eligible iPhone, iPod, or iPad then you will receive the OTA update on your device. In case you have installed a beta profile, then you need to remove it in order to receive the stable update. To manually check for the update, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2 and iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2 Update
Both iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2 and iPadOS 15.3 Beta 2 are available to developers. And soon it will be available to public beta testers. If you want to join the beta update, you can do that by installing beta profile. After installing the beta profile you will receive the Beta update on your device.
