The Galaxy F13 is an entry-level phone that was launched in 2022. The phone came with Android 12 update and later in 2013, it received Android 13. And the device is now getting its second major update, Android 14. This could be the last major update for the device.
Samsung Galaxy F13 is getting Android 14 based One UI 6 update in India. The update is tagged with build number E135FXXU5DXA2. Since this is a major update, it weighs in few GBs. The update will be available in other regions soon where the device is available.
Talking about new features the update brings new Quick panel, reposition clock in lock screen, stock app rename, drag and drop with 2 hands, emoji redesign, see picture preview before sharing, new weather widget, multiple camera features, simplified edit controls in Gallery, and many other features.
If you were waiting for the Android 14 update, your wait is finally over since the update is now rolling out over the air. Just like other updates, it is a staged rollout. If you own Galaxy F13, you can check for the update by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Before installing the update, make sure to backup important data and charge your phone to at least 50%.
