[Update for MediaTek Variant] Samsung rolls out Android 13 update for Galaxy A13 (LTE) and Tab Active4 Pro

Samsung has started pushing the stable Android 13 update to two more eligible Galaxy devices. The Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro and Galaxy A13 (LTE) are the new devices to join the Android 13-centric One UI 5.0 club.

If you own the Galaxy A13 (LTE), then you’ll be glad to know that the OTA is rolling in a dozen of countries across the world. At the moment, the update is available in Argentina, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Egypt, France, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom.

The update goes live on the Galaxy A13 (LTE) with build number A135FXXU2BVL2. It is a major upgrade for the affordable mid-ranger, so, it will require a big chunk of data for download. Make sure you have enough cellular data or you can update your phone by connecting to a WiFi network. The 5G variant has already received the new update, you can check details here.

Talking about the Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro, then the update is seeding with the T636BXXU1BVL2 firmware version. And currently available in Australia and European Union, a wider rollout should follow in the coming days. The update will bump up the security patch to November 2022 on your tablet.

Android 13 based One UI 5.0 bags a bunch of new features, the update has features like lock screen personalization features, new wallpapers, widget stacking, new modes and routines, improved multitasking, smoother animations, and many more. Whether you own the Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro or Galaxy A13 (LTE), you can update your Galaxy to the new One UI 5.0 update. All you need to do is, head over to Settings > Software Upgrade > Download and Install, now if there’s a new update, then you can install it on your phone or you can wait for a few days and check back later.

Update 1: Android 13 for Galaxy A13 MediaTek Variant

After rolling out the Android 13 update for the Galaxy A13 LTE Exynos variant yesterday, the company starts rolling out the major Android 13 update for the Galaxy A13 MediaTek variant in Europe with build number A137FXXU1BVL1. The Exynos version comes with model number SM-A135F while the MediaTek variant is SM-A137F. The 5G variant already got the update a few days back as well.
