Back in June 2020, Vivo released Funtouch OS 10 based Android 10 update for its Z-series phones. Both the Vivo Z1x and Vivo Z1 Pro received the Android 10 update. Now the reports suggest the company has started testing Funtouch OS 10.5 based Android 11 build on the Vivo Z1x and Vivo Z1 Pro. At the moment of writing, the update is under greyscale testing and limited to select users.

The latest update knocks up with various changes such as new improved user interface, bugs fixes, and improved security. Here you can check everything about the Vivo Z1x and Vivo Z1 Pro Android 11 Update.

The new build on Vivo Z1x arrives with 8.70.31 version number and weighs a whopping 3.3GB of size for downloading. I suggest you to sideload the update by connecting your smartphone to a stable Wi-Fi network. As the newer build is under testing phase, it may have a few bugs, so I suggest you not to sideload it on your primary smartphone. You can also wait for a few days; we can expect the stable rollout very soon.
