What is Ransomware Attack?

Ransomware attack is a dangerous malware by which your all files are encrypted by the attacker. The attacker wants some money from you to decrypt those files.

How it Comes & How to Stay Safe:

Ransomware is a type of malicious software designed to block access to a computer system until a sum of money is paid. This attack comes by the help of Emails, If you see the .exe file in your email attachment then don’t download and open it. Mostly we see that file is named as .doc.exe, .mp3.exe, .mp4.exe etc by which user is confused that this file is doc file or an exe one and user opens it and attacker starts encrypting your data. If you think that I attacked then switch off your networks like WiFi or Router or Lan. Always turn on your Windows Defender to be safe and don’t download any files from your Email. Update your antivirus is the another way to be safe from attacks. Also, Enable your Windows Update to be safe. You can also backup your data into a portable hard drive to save your data from an attacker if you are not able to pay money. By these ways, you make your system safe from Ransomware attacks.
