Android O comes with some new added features such as

Multi-Display Support

Android O supports Multi-Display so the user can move the activity from one display to another. Remember Only one activity at a time can be in the resumed state, even if the app has multiple displays.

Autosizing TextView

In Android O you can set the size of your text to expand or contract automatically based on the size of the TextView. Such as you have seen in Google Allo App.

App Categories

Now you can declare your own category to keep your selected apps in that category. You can define a category for your app by setting the android:appCategory attribute in your <application> manifest tag.

Picture In Picture Mode

PIP is a special type of multi-window mode mostly used for video playback.It is similar that Youtube and Android TV has.
